TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. Acceptance of Terms

By booking a service with Luxury Transfer RD, the client (hereinafter, “The User”) fully and unreservedly accepts these Terms and Conditions. These constitute a binding contract between The User and the company administration.

 

 

2. Service Description

 

Luxury Transfer RD commits to providing:

 

 

  • Private transportation services.

     

     

  • Airport transfers.

     

     

  • Hourly disposal services.

     

     

All services are performed in high-end vehicles and driven by duly trained personnel. The requested vehicle model is guaranteed subject to availability. In cases of force majeure, it will be replaced by a vehicle of equal or superior category at no additional cost to the client.

 

 

3. Reservations and Payments

Booking Confirmation

A reservation is considered guaranteed only when:

 

 

  • Payment (total or partial, as agreed) has been received.

     

     

  • An official confirmation has been issued by the company.

     

     

Rates

Rates include:

 

 

  • Fuel.

     

     

  • Tolls (based on standard routes).

     

     

  • Driver fees.

     

     

Rates do not include:

 

 

  • Gratuities (optional).

     

     

  • Detours or unscheduled changes.

     

     

Payment Methods

We accept:

 

 

  • Credit/debit cards (via secure link).

     

     

  • Bank transfers.

     

     

  • Cash (only in previously authorized cases).

     

     

4. Vehicle Use and Passenger Conduct

To maintain the quality standards of our fleet:

 

 

  •  

    Capacity: Exceesing the legal passenger capacity of the contracted vehicle is not permitted.

     

     

  •  

    Luggage: The User must inform us in advance if transporting luggage that exceeds normal trunk capacity.

     

     

  •  

    Prohibitions: Smoking inside the vehicle (including vaporizers) and the consumption of illicit substances are strictly prohibited.

     

     

  •  

    Damages: The User is responsible for any damage caused to the vehicle, including stains (food or drinks) or breakage. Deep cleaning or repair charges will be applied as corresponding.

     

     

5. Liability and Insurance

    Passenger Insurance: All our vehicles have civil liability policies in accordance with the laws of the Dominican Republic.

     

     

  •  

    Forgotten Items: Luxury Transfer RD is not responsible for items forgotten inside the vehicle. However, we have a “Lost and Found” protocol to assist in their recovery.

     

     

  •  

    External Delays: We assume no responsibility for delays caused by extreme weather conditions, third-party accidents, road closures, strikes, or external situations.

     

     

6. Waiting Policy

  •  

    Airports: We include 60 minutes of free waiting time from the flight landing. After this time, a proportional additional fee will apply.

     

     

  •  

    Hotels and Residences: We include 15 minutes of courtesy time. Additional time will be billed according to current rates.

     

     

7. Data Privacy

 

Luxury Transfer RD is committed to handling the User’s personal information in accordance with Law No. 172-13 on the Protection of Personal Data in the Dominican Republic. Data will be used exclusively for service management, billing, and communication with the client.

 

 

8. Jurisdiction and Applicable Law

Any dispute related to these terms will be resolved:

 

 

  • Under the laws of the Dominican Republic.

     

     

  • Before the courts corresponding to the jurisdiction of our main headquarters
