Data Transmission Security Policy

Luxury Transfer RD

1.
Introduction and Commitment
At Luxury Transfer RD, the security of our clients’ information is as much of a priority as their comfort during their journey. This policy defines how we protect credit and debit card data during the booking and payment process for private transportation services.

2.
Digital Transmission Standards
To ensure that financial information is not intercepted, the following technical rules are established:

Mandatory Encryption: All data transmission between the client’s device and our servers must be conducted under the HTTPS protocol (TLS 1.2 or higher).

Prohibition of Open Channels: It is strictly forbidden to request or send full card numbers, card screenshots, or CVV codes through:

WhatsApp or text messages (SMS).

Email without end-to-end encryption.

Phone calls in public spaces.

Use of Payment Gateways: Luxury Transfer RD will exclusively use certified payment processors (e.g., Azul, Cardnet, Stripe, PayPal) that utilize Tokenization, ensuring that sensitive data never touches our internal servers.

3.
Security at the Point of Service (In-Person/Mobile Bookings)
If a client makes a payment directly with the driver or at the office:

Secure Terminals: Only point-of-sale (POS) terminals authorized by recognized banking entities will be used.

Client Privacy: Luxury Transfer RD personnel must look away while the client enters their PIN or sensitive data.

Receipts: Printed or digital receipts must display only the last 4 digits of the card (masking).

4.
Personnel Responsibilities
All Luxury Transfer RD staff are required to comply with this security policy, receive regular data protection training, and report any incidents or vulnerabilities detected in payment systems or processes.
