Change, Cancellation, and Refund Policies

Booking Changes
Date or Time Changes: Allowed without penalty up to 12 hours before the service, subject to availability.
Late Changes: Changes made with less than 12 hours’ notice may incur a 25% administrative fee or are subject to immediate availability.
Route Modification: * Changes made before or during the journey without prior authorization will incur extra charges.
Exceptions: Extra charges will not apply in cases of physical necessity (e.g., restroom use) or health emergencies.
Unauthorized Stops: Any stops made in non-authorized locations will result in additional fees.
Authorized changes will be recalculated based on current rates and must be approved by administration.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellations must be notified via email, official WhatsApp, or phone call.

| Less than 6 hours | 100% (Non-refundable) |

“No-Show” Note: This applies after 45 minutes of waiting at Airports or 15 minutes at Hotels/Residences without prior communication.
3.
Refund Policy
Method: Refunds are processed via the same payment method used (card or transfer).
Processing Time: 3 to 5 business days.
Bank Reflection: May take 7 to 15 days depending on the bank.
Note: Bank commissions and fees are non-refundable.
4.
Force Majeure
Services may be cancelled or rescheduled due to external causes such as natural disasters, closures, or emergencies.
Options include rescheduling at no cost or a full (100%) refund.
5.
Flight Delays
We provide real-time monitoring of flights with no additional charges for delays.
If a flight is cancelled, the client must notify us to reschedule the service without penalty.
